I found Rancho Adolfo Mobil home park to be pleasant, clean, and a well located little mobile home park community, in lovely Camarillo. The park is well maintained and has all the extra amnenities you'd expect to find in any planned community. Location is great, close to freeway but not too close.

Senior park. Has tiny 9 hole golf course. They are almost anti-pet. In your house is ok but walking them in the park is a no-no. Too bad. Most senior people pick up after their pets.

No space rental.....buy land with the unit....HOA of about $165.
Yes....small dogs only...20 lbs or less...have to be walked outside the park, for now. May be changed soon
Yes......a small number...those along Caleta...have small back yards with fences
They are built in to mortgage. Buy the house and land. No rent.
