Dilapidated. The word I would use to describe this gym. My wife and I were looking forward to attending LA like we have in the past before we moved but this gym is RUN DOWN. I’ve seen gyms better than this that literally were going out of business and didn’t care about anything. Wow. Which is super unfortunate because the dude that helped us was super cool. But holy cow the owners need to help them out and reinvest some money back into the place. Awful to see!

Alot of the machines don't work for it being a new gym. Have requested them to fix them months later still the same. It's usually super busy also. They need to limit membership or choose a bigger location.

The jacuzzi has been closed for I don't know how many months....maybe 6 months? Early on I was told they were waiting for a piece of equipment from a Miami location to be able to reach the ceiling above the jacuzzi to fix the issue. A national company like this, can't afford more than one piece of equipment to reach a ceiling in this gym? Next, they closed the pool and that is the whole reason I joined this gym. Why wouldn't they post a big sign on the door of the facility saying POOL CLOSED so members aren't wasting their time getting undressed to use the pool. How does this company reconcile charging a monthly fee and having their equipment out of order? What kind of company takes this long to make repairs?

This gym just got an 'A' from me today. I went to the LA Fitness in Boca Raton on Technology Way today and found most of the free weights organized and in the correct spots! I knew at that moment that I was going to have a good work out. It is frustrating to go to other gyms and find the gym dirty and disorganized. I have been going to LA Fitness for over 10 years and seeing the weights organized to where I can easily find them was appreciated. I am sure the other members appreciate this as well. Special Thank you to the Manager Todd, and also to Aaron and Henry for helping organize the weights the night before.
