I called the owner, Greg, Wednesday afternoon, I had a flat tire and I wanted a set of Michelin Run-Flat tires for my BMW 540i. Greg explained the supply chain issue but he would get back to me. Within 30 minutes he had a price (really good!) but said I might not get the tire for 3 days. I told him I needed the car for a trip to my son's graduation. He promised to search and he found them Thursday morning. Greg picked-up my car, installed the tires and brought it back within two hours. I am very impressed with the fantastic service and personal attention!
