They hooked up to my hose out front and did my hard wood floors. I am sure they use fresh water every time.
A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. If needed, the crew can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned.
Typically, it takes anywhere between 8-24 hours for carpet to dry and between 2-6 hours for upholstery to dry. Using fans and turning your heating or cooling on can help speed up drying time.
Yes! At no extra charge, we move furniture and return it back to its original place with protective padding. Items we will not remove include: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables

Not 100% sure if this is true but I know a stairwell counts as a room and I think deodorizer is extra. I would imagine the discount takes effect when you hit that 3rd room.
Sure! Managers are here daily. However we do drop offs as well.
