There wholesalers and sell to the public, if you buy a scooter get an attack motors scooter.

This is my go to place for any sort of utv and or scooter needs. The owners are always or usually on site and I love supporting small businesses. They have tons of options and colors and budget friendly bikes. They are mostly cash only but I got a much better deal than the offers or prices I saw elsewhere.
