Terrible experience and customer service with JR Electronics. I went to have interior and underglow lights installed in my car and they kept my car overnight without calling me or reaching out. I go in the next day demanding my car and they tell me they were calling me when I received no calls from them. I showed them my phone logs and asked for proof that they called me and they denied me and told me it was my fault. They showed no effort of apologizing and tried to make it seem as if I was at fault. I couldn't go to work without the car I can't get my time or money back.

METHODS

Always heard good things about JR, and recently took my truck to get a sub installed. Super happy with how everything came out! Rick was helpful and professional, the sound system sounds great. Clean install and the truck was given back to me just intact. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about going with JR Electronics.
