Great place to bring your dogs. The lady working in the booth last Friday was amazing. Extremely pleasant and helpful. The beach is very clean and my puppy had a great time!

Lovely people and well-socialized dogs of all sizes and ages mixing and playing. People are terrific in cleaning up immediately after their pets. Fun surf. Wish it were open more hours. Boca gem!

Nice clean quiet beach. Great location with showers and kept very clean.

Beautiful beach. Took my dogs there and it's true, they allow dogs only after 5:00pm. The one thing I didn't see in all the reviews is that you need a permit for your pup. They have security there checking for permits. So probably won't go back. Rather go where it's free.

Fri - Sat, 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 3:00 pm - sunset (Nov - March) or 5:00 pm - sunset (March - Nov). Basically, they are open mornings and early evenings on weekends. You need to buy a dog beach permit
The dog beach is only open Friday's, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7-9am and 5-8:15pm. On a Saturday morning, it's probably about 30 minutes from Pompano Beach Park if you take A1A all the way.
Location: Between lifeguard towers 18 and 20 Weekend passes (Fri, Sat, Sun) at $10/dog are available at the Spanish River Park gatehouse.
