My mother and I were racially profiled while at this store. We were limited on our purchases and were labled as resellers because we were buying some shoes on sale for donations in my mothers home country. The worst part is that if you were to go to a Nike, Addidas, Champions, or any name brand shoe store, they have never limited a client from purchasing products or labeled them resellers. Unbelievable!

Friendly customer service, limited stock compared to their online store but over all a great place to shop for shoes. Paid only $6 for a beautiful pair of flats for my daughter to wear to my wedding!

Very clean well stocked store. Full of employees that were nice, inviting and eager to help. Full of amazing brands like Nike, Adidas and Fila!!! Great one stop family shoe stop.

How long does a customer have to pick up BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) orders?

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
