I visited this location in-person and observed liquid (water?) dripping from an overhead ventilation unit directly above the food line onto the sneezeguard, dangerously close to dripping directly into the food. This seems like a massive oversight and when I talked to someone in person, it felt more like being blown off than anyone would directly address my concern and Fix The Problem. The first ventilation unit on the left from the customer's perspective is the one I observed dripping (please watch for a minute or more to observe) but I wouldn't ignore the other vents either, as they are identical. I observed it drip in real-time while waiting in line, after seeing traces of liquid on the sneezeguard. Please CC General Manager, Store Owner, Regional Manager, and all relevant parties for this food safety issue.

Overpriced overrated just horrible every time you order food from chipotle the meat is always cold all the toppings are always chilled too much the ratio of chilled toppings and cold meat leaves you with just cold food overall super bland no flavor no salt book and then I say overpriced

The employees were rude and had attitude toward us as we were trying to order. When we finished paying the lady threw the salsa at us. I don’t know how a corporation like Chipotle can allow their staff to treat their costumers like that.

Overall the food was good. But, I got some extras on my chicken burrito and didn't get anything extra. The taco kids meal didn't come with the chips. The other chicken burrito didn't come with any of the salsas but had good chicken and rice. Order from the site and picked up in the store it took an extra 20 mins to get the food, but they didn't give me a free large drink for the wait.
