Do not walk in to order. They do not care about people that drive up and walk into eat. They will only fulfill call in orders ahead of yours. You can wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes before they’ll serve you. It’s ridiculous. Food is fine. But the way they serve you as a customer when you walk in the store is second class. Please call your order in ahead of time or don’t waste your time.

I don’t know what the deal is with this restaurant, but they can’t get orders right. Maybe it’s just delivery orders, but they’re awful. And I’m sure it’s them and not DoorDash, although they aren’t great either. Twice I order salad, and I get no dressing. And it’s frustrating that there’s no way to ask for extra depressing because when it does come, they don’t fill the little cup even half way. Which makes sense because they half fill their bowls. Every bowl or salad is half full and often missing something. This last time was veggies, before was cheese and another time was sour cream. Whenever I order chips, I have a 50/50 shot. So frustrating. And you can’t call the store direct. Why? Oh yeah, because of the above… I do not recommend eating here. If you must eat Chipotle, try another store. I’m done here.

Order was supposed to be ready at 6:00 pm for an online pick up. The online time said 6:00, which is something they can change from inside the restaurant. I showed up at 5:58 and waited until 6:30 to say something. There were about 8 to 10 other people also waiting for the same amount of time, and one woman who was there for 45 minutes. Several of them walked out. The people at the end of the long line were long gone by the time I had enough, because they only cared about the line at the door. I asked if I could have the order for half off, which resulted in “well it’s already paid for”. I asked for his boss, because clearly there’s no world where that guy makes big decisions at his job. He got his boss, who also had an attitude problem. There is no world where it’s okay to wait for an order that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes prior, and then paying full price for it, while being talked to as if the people that work there do not care at all. It is astonishing how terrible this establishment is run. There won’t be a next time, I’d rather go hungry.

i understand I did a DoorDash at 9:15 when y’all close at 10 but if you didn’t have the stuff then you should of sent a message to me on DoorDash… next time. Thanks. I spent extra money to DoorDash it. INCONSIDERATE. Can I have a free meal please? Thanks. :)
