Why do you have a customer service center where no one answers the phone during business hours? How is the call center so busy if they supposedly don't even take payments over the phone?

After reading other reviews, I see that my personal experience was not based on my own perspective, but is actually the trend for their customer service. The service is poor, and acts in a manner as if they’re doing YOU a favor by showing up for work to do their job, if that. The woman who assisted me, Ms. Bates(?), was less than pleasant. It’s unfortunate that this city is outdated as far as service and employees, bc Riviera Beach is truly an amazing place to live.

Water is off in four story commercial building at 4:00 in the afternoon. Called and waited on hold until 5:00 when they closed. No answer and eventually they disconnected the line. Riviera Beach is exactly what it seems to be... subpar, disgusting and ran by people that only care about a paycheck and not the community. It will forever be a cesspool. Shocker that no one wants to invest anywhere in the city limits.

I have always had good experience at the utility desk. The staff is friendly & helpful. I get good service at my home and am able to pay my bill at the office or online. I'm not sure but you can try giving them a call
They do adjustments once every 3 years but they are for leaks only. However it won't hurt to ask.
Call 561 845 4050 for the details What I can tell you from my experience. Have patience, mostly likely won't go very smoothly. If you go in knowing that, it should be less frustrating
Two Hundred $200. Yes, unreal for a city with so much to offer it's residents to be charging so much for deposit.
