I was waiting for my order quite a bit when I got the notification that it had shipped, after a few attempts to get in contact with the company, Joe finally got back to me after I explained the situation and he was right on it and he was very helpful and eventually my order came and I really love it so Thank you so much Joe!

worst customer service ever. I ordered signed Brian Dawkins jersey for a friend for his birthday. Watched the tracking of the item it stated it was delivered. Had my friend check and it was no where to be found. checked with his neighbors none of them received the package. when I called I got a mailbox full proceeded to send email which was then left unanswered. Called again got the mailbox left message with no call back emailed again with no reply. Finally went to their chat was told they would start an investigation with the postal system a week later checked back and was told there was nothing they could do. I am out almost $200 and no help from them to get my product will never use them again

Fantastic company to work with. I wanted a Rainn Wilson signed baseball with a specific inscription. Joe Coppola, the President, emailed me directly to review the inscription and exact placement on the baseball. Two weeks later I received the ball just as him and I had discussed. Communication is fast and they are incredible easy to work with. I will be working with them in the future.
