I used this service before and canceled after there were issues with my order and they were not handling it well. But months later I returned. 🤦🏾‍♀️ DO NOT ORDER FROM GREEN CHEF. They are thieves! They repeatedly try to charge my card for payment on an order I placed. Funds were available at the time of order… They didn’t go for payment before someone else hit my account unexpectedly. So they continue to try and debit my account… several times as I get notification each time. (that is illegal) After 3 declines a new authorization from customer is required. Then they try another card that was on file on my old membership- several times. Mind you, I never gave them permission to use that card when I activated my account. I initially had two accounts but only reactivated one. Now they are trying to take money from both accounts. So on the other account they went in for a smaller amount and got it. I called - canceled - demanded refund. Received confirmation of cancellation of both accounts. Even though I only reactivated one. Again I am being charged full amount repeatedly. They keep trying to take money after canceling. I will NEVER return and give them my card again. Getting my lawyer involved now.

Please DO NOT sign up for this meal service. Compared to other meal delivery companies, their prices are higher, the servings are a tad smaller but more importantly, they DO NOT delivery the meals on the days promised. My wife and I gave them a 2nd chance and they have NEVER delivered the meals on the days we requested. Other companies are better and more reliable.

Appointment time wasn't til 9am; checked in at 6am. Got into a door, about an hour to get loaded and out we went. Friendly staff and quick load time.
