Go to this Publix if you enjoy bagging your own overpriced groceries while the managers stand around and gossip in a lil group. They’re literally staring at me bagging my own groceries, and I come here 1-2 times a week 💀. I literally had a brace on my wrist and I was still bagging my own groceries. Corporate really must promote those who display inefficiency and neglect for consumer experience! Wow Amazing! On a side note, most of the cashiers are really nice.

We love the customer service at this PUBLIX! A special thanks to Loukisha for being the best register EVERRR! She’s full of energy and kindness! Thank you to Adrian for being chivalrous to my mom and I, bringing the patio umbrella to the car, and thank you to Logan for assisting as well! We would like to take advantage and thank Luis who assisted us with the balloons! He was very efficient! P. S. We love Federico at the pharmacy!

It saddens me having to write a negative review for a place where I’ve trusted for years to feed my family. Having the phrase” Publix where shopping it’s a pleasure “ has to mean something positive to your customers, or so you think. Being a manager myself I like to highlight positive experiences rather than to write about a negative one. I know how hard our employees work every day to please our community customers. I believe in a praise rather than in a punishment, however this time you left me with no other choice than to tell my story. I ordered a custom sprinkle sensation cake with Miami Heat decors for my son’s 12 birthday. The cake was ready as promised and we paid $39.99 for it. I still can’t forget the disappointment in my kid’s face when he cut it and there wasn’t any sprinkles inside, instead there was an empty hole. My kid asked for that specific cake. I took my time to personally go and speak to your bakery associates. A girl, Natalia, took notes of everything requested and even received acknowledge from the decorator that they were able to do it. Great job Natalia! When the oldest siblings went the next day to inform the bakery department of the missing sprinkles on the cake they gave him a $9.99 Publix gift card. He showed them the cake pictures as proof plus the receipt of order form and payment. The bakery manager didn’t even face him to apologize for the mistake made, neither the store manager or any member of the leadership team got involved. They didn’t even ask him how could they make up for the mistake made. No other choice was given. Certainly was a take it or leave it type of deal, like they were doing us a favor. Mr. Mansour, I honestly thought you could do better than that. Although, you won’t ever erase the disappointment face of my kid from my memory I was willing to reason with your associates and give them the benefit of another chance to make it right. I’m disappointed to be treated so poorly at a place “where shopping should be a pleasure “
