Loved my stay in Palm Springs at the beautiful Casa Grande Tennis Estate. Great house, location and amenities with everything you could possibly need. Oranj Palm was great to work with and can’t wait to come back!

We made a booking and because of family reasons had to cancel a month later. Oranj was very good at honouring their cancellation provisions within 90 days but i was disappointed that i could not get a refund on the cancellation insurance with Red Sky insurance who is the provider of record for Oranj Palm. My advice is do your homework and be informed. I would recommend you get your cancellation insurance after the 90 day cancellation period offered by Oranj.

Before you book with Oranj Palm, read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau. The vast majority of review I write are positive, but when a company is misleading to the point of disreputable, I feel others should know. I was promised over $2,000 refund and after months of trying to get someone to contact me, was offered a $900 credit that was unusable. Stick with AirBnB and VRBO if want promised kept. I'm just sorry zero stars are not an option.

The location of Oranj Palm Vacation Homes is great with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses. We had several problems within our condo but the maintenance staff was friendly, prompt, efficient and took care of the easy fixes right away. We were so impressed with the quick response time. The landscaping is beautifully groomed also with clean pools and Jacuzzi’s, and the people here are friendly and kind. We will be coming back!
