I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. Even though I never had work performed by them, the customer service alone by the Manager Liz was the absolute worse. She is very unprofessional with the rudest attitude ever. I never leave bad reviews because a company’s business relies on them, but this is one that is warranted.

Electronic laboratory is an authorized repair center for Yamaha HiFi audio. My Yamaha stereo system started having distorted sound. Jason quickly found something wrong in analog output of my CD player. Within a week, he repaired it perfectly! Thank you so much for fixing my stereo!

Brought in my stereo receiver for repair......Expected the worst and ended up leaving with the receiver, working perfectly as the day I bought it. The technician explained the problem, fixed it and sent me on my way! Very good experience and would recommend to anyone in need of electronics repair!

Company is horrible and so is the customer service. My warranty company contracted these folks and scheduled me an appointment for 12-5pm. Got a call the morning if from Electronic Lab at 8am saying the technician was 30 minutes away. I asked if I could reschedule and get a later time since that was not what my warranty company scheduled me for. The rude lady on the phone gave me the wildest excuse and argued with me on how there is no way my warranty company gave me that time. Apparently, the technician lives in west Lauderdale and does East Lauderdale routes first( I live in East Lauderdale) so I guess what ever is convenient for them and not the customer. Anyway. Called my warranty company and got me a new contractor who works for the customers and not based on their conveniences.
