We've adopted two cats from this shelter on two different occasions and I've truly never had better cats. The volunteers worked hard with our schedules and walked us through the process both times. And they always call to check up on the kitties a few weeks after the adoption. Much love from my family and Goose and Sebastian. π

This is hands down the best animal adoption process Iβve ever went through. The volunteers here, especially Terry, are some of the most dedicated and caring animal lovers and guardians I have ever met. My girlfriend and I adopted 3 beautiful cats (Riley, Suburu, and Cash). I can only give this organization 5 stars but if I was able Iβd easily give them a 100/100 rating. Thanks again for connecting me with 3 great boys β€οΈβ€οΈ

We adopted this wonderful boy from Florida Humane society, and we absolutely adore him. The staff was wonderful, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. I would gladly return for another animal. He is very sweet, energetic, and cuddly.

We came to look for a furry sister for our older cat, Stefi and we found this beautiful and lovable 3 month old kitty, Rainbow who never left my son's side when we picked her up at Pet Smart. We end up adopting her and bringing her home to us. And after more than 2 weeks, she never left the family side including her older furry sister. We are grateful for Pam and Terry, wo made it easy to get this beautiful kitty in our family.

Why would you do that? Where do you live? It's August 1st 2921, is this a recent post?
Call and find out I'm pretty sure they do.
You have to be over 18
They take donation's I think 150 dollars
Drop off fir no appointment is 8:30-9AM
Yes you can or call 311
I am really not sure I think they only do Spain neuter
It was 16 but could be 18 now. Thanks for inquiring! Volunteers are always needed there!!
Call and ask
You can take your dog to the Humane Society, you're not going to get it back when you come back it will probably be adopted out
May need to call the humane society. A lot of times they will not see this post. This is for general public questions that other people can answer. If they can't go to her home there are rescues around that will come to her home to get the cats.
No I don't know this place. But I was working next to it
Dogs cost anywhere from $150 to $500 depending on the breed. You would have to call the number and leave your name and number and they will set up an appointment. You can look on the website to see what dogs are available.
Yes you have to make an appointment online and fill out the application first. I just Google maped the address and I was able to find the link for the website there.
Call the Humane Society.
It might be a possibility. You should contact them directly.
Some shelters offer a list that you can join if you are looking for a specific breed. Calling directly will offer you more concise information.
$100. That includes spay and neutering microchip all shots up-to-date FIV and Leukemia tested one visit with one of our two vets and he started bag of kitten food. Exotic kitten such a Siamese are $150
Is the dog left outside all day or most of the day by itself? This sounds like it is likely a neglectful owner. Depending on where you live local rules and laws will determine whether something can be done on the dog's behalf.
Unfortunately, no. Volunteers must be 18 and have health insurance and tetanus shot. But feel free to call them directly in case there are exceptions or new policies since I left there in early 2019 (after 16 yrs). Good luck!
mo. we do not have a vet. there is a spay neuter mobile unit next door to us. www.petpopulationcontrol.com. they are low cost and very good. check the website for pricing and their dsys/hours.
Call them. I've never seen Bunnies there so my guess is no.
Yes you can I do not recall the price
You can't always be so picky when you're going to adopt however it beats paying to $3,000 for a dog and I have the best dog in the whole world and I paid $100 for him at Animal Aid in Fort Lauderdale you could always look online if there is a French Bulldog Rescue site
They will take him. Bit if they are adopted, and returned twice, then they are put down.
Do you still need help?
Yes, Powerline & Sample on the NE corner behind the gas station but located in POMPANO BEACH - not Coral Springs. Thank you for the compliment, Lisa. You all visit us anytime during our hours of 12-4 pm Thursday thru Sunday.
Try using social media first or another outlet to post pictures of the cat. The Humane society is flooded with animals regularly and the right thing to do is to do your very best to find a home for the cat before you surrender it to the humane society.
Call and find out
Please call the shelter we can tell you how to go about getting it done for free. 954 974 6152. Thank you
Call they have information on a recording for volunteers
The most humane thing would be to let the dog pass peacefully by putting it down at a vet if it is very sick. Florida Humane does not have on site veterinarian services.
They are different rescues. Florida humane society is based out of pompano fl and animal humane society is based out of Minnesota. There are a lot of humane society organizations (and good people rescuing animals) all over the country. Each one is a separate legal entity.
They will kill your dog at the humane society if heβs not adopted. Why donβt you be more responsible when adopting a pet or find a friend to take him in.
It is a separate business, there are no surgeries at Florida humane
You should call Animal Aid over by commercial they have vets and surgeons. They are cheap too. I adopt here and they see all my animals. 5 star place.
