Valet is pretty much a scam, they take at least 30 minutes to bring the car down and have the nerve to charge $150 a month, plus the late fee is another $50, and you can’t just do an automated charge to your card, if you move here i wish you luck if you have 2 cars

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK! The staff is 100% spanish and do help/care if you ever have a problem if you can't speak their language. I have a parking pass and got my car towed without warning for being in the wrong spot despite the policy of everyone else getting multiple warnings for being in the wrong spot. I sent detailed emails to the front office and no one helped or responded. I've also had valet steal money from my car and nothing came out of the situation. They treat Spanish residents much better.

Living in Square Station this past year has been great. With it's affordable prices and great views, I can't complain. Eric Jr and the rest of the staff working in the office are very friendly and helpful. Every minor issue we've had over the past year was quickly resolved with his help. Just extended my lease, so I'm looking forward to another great year!

Looking forward to live at this great building. Leasing office at this moment is located at the nearby Melody building. These are all brand new with prices that beat the rest around the area. Will be editing this review with more details when I live there!
