I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service and Jonathan did a great job communicating all of my options, explained the details of the repairs and why, as it . Pricing was very fair compare from the dealer and he gave me a few different options for my situation. Jonathan asas very helpful and made this the easiest car repair I've ever had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in South Florida in need of a mechanic. I love my bmw and he did full service brake job and electrical diagnostic

Good morning the service on the car was excellent,I had my AC BlowerMotor and resistor replace, I am looking forward in the near future to continue doing business with you guys, the only issue that I had was the manager gave me an estimate over the phone to get the job done for $848 dollars, the receptionist ask me to find out the part number, which I did myself and send it to her, I knew exactly what I needed to get done to the car,I was still charge for a diagnostic test, then it went from $848 to $1092 which I didn't mind paying,so the receptionist call me and told me that my Auto warranty agreed to pay half of the 1092 which is #546, I told her go ahead and get it done she call me 2 hours later and told me that my car is ready for pickup when I get to the shop I was hit with a different price, she told me just bring$546 , now I was told to get the car I would need$1227, out of pocket, I reach out to my warranty company company and told them I had to pay the full amount out of pocket and they said they shouldn't have to do that because they already send them the claim number to get the job done, funny thing is the manager charge me $150 dollars to call the warranty company just to get the estimate that's what really pist me off,

Tried to charge me more than the dealership for a simple oil change and then hung up on me with disappointment. Seems like they just prey on people who don’t know better thinking independent shop is more cost efficient than dealership.
