Despite the horrible reviews I’ve read about this company I gave it a try and all I have to say is that they are AMAZING when it comes to deliver things NOT CARS! From Joan in the front desk to all the crew handling my things from Miami to Puerto Rico. Joan explained everything, was polite and nice. He was very patience answering all my questions, helped fill out all the paperwork. He definitely provided an excellent customer service. When my things arrived to PR everything was intact just like I packed it. It seemed like it never left my house. Joan was honest telling is that the boxes were arriving between 4-6 weeks and it arrived 3 weeks after the drop off. All I can say is that Rosa Del Monte was very reliable. Despite my great experience with my moving unfortunately delivering my car it has been an extreme issue. When I dropped off my car Adriana in top of being rude, misleads information as I was told that my car would arrive to Puerto Rico in 4-6 weeks. I’ve been calling for updates and it seems to bother her that you call for a status. Adriana if you decided to work with customer service you should review that decision because you have a lot of room for improvement. She puts you on hold for long periods, her approach, she is bitter. Two weeks ago she said car deliveries are taking from 6-8 weeks. There is not natural disaster going on and therefore should be NO REASON for not delivering the cars on the stipulated time. Called in today and again she was rude, early in the morning. I have seen so many bad reviews about her I couldn’t believe until I experienced it and I don’t understand how RDM hasn’t take any action in regards to Adriana’s behavior. I called once again and she denied to provide information, put me on hold and the hung up. Had my husband call her and as well she was rude with him and said that now the car will arrive in 8-12 weeks. Horrible service delivering cars.

The worst customer service ever, !!!! it took over ver 2 months to get my stuff and the day it was supposed to be delivered they didn’t show up! No phone call or e mail, I was the one who had to call them to get an update they didn’t have the curtesy to get in touch. After being on hold for over 30 minutes they told me it would take another week to get the boxes. Not only they kept me on hold for 30 minutes they hung up on me. They claimed the truck broke down,!? You mean you only have one truck for such a big company? You better consider before you use this company

I had an excellent experience I was having a hard time setting a date for pick--up Adriana was amazing patient and forgiving of my cancellations on short notice. Carlos, Juan and Joan were amazing!!! Carlos was so careful and efficient at packing every piece of furniture with care and quickly I was shocked to see how 2 people can physically move your life so swiftly and quickly they were on time and extremely patient with me through the process. Very grateful to this amazing team.

Honestly, if I could put 0 Starts I would. This has to be the most unprofessional and inefficient moving company in the world. About 9 weeks ago, I used RDM to send a couch from my parents house in FL to my apt in NY. When we dropped of the furniture on the Miami Warehouse, we agreed that the delivery would take between 4-6 weeks. Week 6, I called to check on the status and when I spoke with someone in the Miami Warehouse, they said it was "on transit" and it would take about 1-2 days to get to NY. On week 7(after thanksgiving) I called the NY office and they told me they have not received anything from FL and that they were not expecting any shipments from the FL Warehouse. Right away I called Miami Warehouse and they said: "it was in transit", I told him that I wanted a better answer than "in transit" because they said that the week prior, and clearly was not the case. When he comes back, he explained they made a "mistake" and they send my furniture to Orlando Warehouse, and they did not know when it was going to be sent to NY. I was very upset, but there is nothing we could do at that point, so I told him I was going to call in 2 weeks to see what the status was... We called today, and guess what? they have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHERE MY FURNITURE IS.... they said there is a possibility that my shipment was sent "by mistake" to either Puerto Rico or Dominican Republic. We are in Week 9, and they have NO CLUE on when my shipment is arriving or where in Caribbean it was sent to. I cannot believe how inefficient and unprofessional these company is, 0 commitment to the client, 0 professionalism, 0 responsibility and so on so on. Obviously, this is the last time I'm going to use RDM and I hope other people use this experience as a deciding factor when deciding on moving companies. It is mind blowing the horrible reviews RDM have and they still behave like this...they clearly do not care about their customers. Honestly, my advice is: Spend a couple of extra $$ and use a more professional moving service that can guarantee your stuff will arrive within the time frame given, or most importantly, it will arrive period.
