I don't think anyone expects too much from fast food. But I just spent about 10 minutes waiting in line during my lunch break only to finally make it to the speaker for a woman to tell me that they don't take orders during a shift change. Now I know why the 5 cars ahead of me drove off so upset because they may have been waiting 15 minutes or more. I'm sure the 5 cars the had piled up behind me were also forced to wait and only be told that they aren't taking orders. A complete mess and tons of wasted sales.

Effing terrible location. How does your card machine not work??? Had me waiting in line for 30 minutes for absolutely NO Reason. Employees hanging out in the lobby & like 2 people working. DO NOT GO HERE

I just don’t understand why every time I go to this Burger King (the closest one to my house) I wait in line for 25 minutes & as soon as I get to the intercom they greet me with “thank you for choosing Burger King but at the moment our system is down & we can no longer take any orders. Like I’m just so confused.. it’s literally EVERY TIME. I get some times the system is down, but no other BK or McDonalds or Taco Bell has that problem. This BK needs to do better. It’s so sad.

Ordered a whopper with cheese cut in 1/2 in the drive through. Got no cheese. Went back, but inside this time, and they tried to take my opened sandwich and add the cheese, I said no I want a new sandwich. Waited 15 mins for it just to find a hair in my sandwich. How disgusting.
