Well, trash all over the parking lot and graffiti on the building..seems legit. Grilled chicken sandwich was ok, not bad..fries were EXCELLENT..super crunchy. Service was terrible. If you hate your job that much quit. Not much more to say.

First time trying miami grill No milkshakes available. No chocolate ice cream. The food was made correctly and had taste. No issues there. It did take a minute for the food to come out. The customer service was outstanding. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable team members. Thanks To you all....

The absolute worst. I ordered chicken tenders & fries which were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. When I went back to get it replaced they tried giving me the same exact thing. A worker came to the window and told me the truth and that I wouldn't want them because they would still be the same. The manager was not sympathetic at all. I will not nor will I recommend this place to my worst enemy. Just awful in every way. Thank you to the worker who actually took the time to inform me of the issue at hand. Nothing else was offered. I guess you can't teach customer service skills or being sympathetic in these situations.

Amazing cheese steak and awesome burgers. Prices are a little bit more then normal but it's worth every single bite. There also open late which I love. I love also there waffle fries. The seasoned fries are not that bad as well (it gives me heartburn). All in all I just enjoy Miami grill.... Keep up the good work!
