Every once and a while you come across an EXCEPTIONAL employee. Gia (Gianna) is one of them. I went to tennis plaza this morning to purchase a padel racquet. She was working and the store was short staffed. She was very busy and handled everyone’s needs beautifully. She was extremely knowledgeable regarding Padel and super helpful with my purchase. She deserves a big raise and the owner should never let her go!!!! I’ll be going back for more product and hope to see her again.

Been a costumer of Tennis Plaza since the early 2000s. This store is the closest to my place and the staff is great! Always helpful since the moment you walk in. Best stringing service around. They really know what their doing.

This is my favorite store! They all are incredibly great and super helpful and by far have the best service in Miami. The manager Alejandro is one of a kind! He knows about tennis like no other. I trust him for EVERYTHING. Racquets, strings, tennis shoes, etc. He is always on point. And such a good person too! I love them all. I have been a loyal customer of this store for 3 years now :)
