I’ve been waiting here for four hours. Mind you, I got here at 7:30 AM. I totally understand that appointments take priority, but why, if you know you’re gonna have appointments constantly coming in, are you going to take walk-ins if you don’t have a staff member solely doing walk-ins. At that point, we just have to hope that an appointment doesn’t come in. It’s totally inconsiderate of this location to have people waiting several hours to do a max 15-minute test. I would give zero stars if I could.

Shenequa has absolutely terrible customer service skills and is very impatient. She yelled at me and made me feel uncomfortable just because I didn’t have my lab order printed out. What year is this? Then she had an attitude the whole time she was uploading my information into the system. She was having a long and hard day but why is that my issue? I was nothing but respectful and courteous just trying to get my service done. I don’t recommend this location unfortunately. I deserve respect! No one wants to go take labs so why make it that much more miserable? To top it all off: they were out of stock of the tests I needed done in the end. Treated horribly for absolutely ZERO reason. Do not go!

This is the worst place to get service. The customer service communications was very poorly manners. I arrived at 12;07 having been here prior. I've never had an issue with walking prior. The website isn't posted on their google page and to schedule your appointment you must come go online. Nothing showing Appointment Book Now. Nothing... the email received to take the test wasn't directing me to schedule. I arrived to only wait 2 hours for service. Ans had to hold my urine the entire time. I wasn't aware of this. And it should be specified on the Website Walkin 6am till 8am Appointment are all day. Must Book 1 week in advance for fast service. But overall my experience with the security was the best service. She made sure I signed in and was served

Appointment time is not respected. I made an appointment and confirmed it via their electronic check in. Upon arrival I had to wait one hour beyond my appointment time. Many frustrated people, waiting outside in the Florida summer . Get your act together and respect client’s time

No the security will Not let you in if your name is not on the list.
I understand that people of legal age do not need appt, they only have to go very early between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and are attended very quickly by the clinic staff, they are very good people and very professional.

They do accept walk in. If in doubt you can always give them a quick call.
You should call them and comferm with them other then that go early as a walk in and youll be out no later then 15 minutes tops there hours are from 6:30am until 3:30pm
