Visited the new Jamaican Consulate Offices. Was such a pleasant visit. Security was so courteous... state of the art building. Parking is really expensive.

Life can be very unpredictable at times. I'm sure he didn't want to be homeless. While Broward shelters are at capacity, they have to find somewhere safe to hangout .
