I have to put a star because you can't put zero. This lady was the one who attended me and my husband, her name is Yamila. Utterly rude, she sneered at things as she made the list and when she was taking the data she told my husband if he couldn't speak up, he practically laughed when we told him it was our first time shipping product. Without a doubt a horrible experience, I will think twice before sending something to my family with them again.

1 year ago (November 2020) I sent some packages to my family by ship because of the pandemic and until today they have not received anything there! It seems that everything was lost because they have given us the customs receipt number but we do not know who receives the packages there because they did not use Cuban mail. They are disrespectful, it is the worst Cuban agency that exists in South Florida. Don't use it for shipments of any kind because they can't even give you an explanation. They don't care about anything. The next thing will be to claim the money.

I sent 10 pounds of medicine to Cuba in August. The Westchester agency explained all the details to me. I received emails advising me of everything. The package arrived in five weeks, in perfect condition and they took it to the house, that was an extra, because we had to pick it up in Berroa and they surprised us by delivering it. My experience was 10/10.
