I can no longer recommend this distributor. I have purchased many pallets of tile here throughout the years and have loved the tile and the service. Unfortunately, we recently received a small shipment of large tile that was damaged. The tile was stacked flat on the pallet. Large tiles are typically shipped on end. For example, our last shipment of 9 pallets from them was shipped on end, as always, and was perfect...all the way to a northern installation. A few tiles in the recent order arrived broken which is no big deal but the bigger issue arose when our installer would cut the tile; it would crack in the center. All the tile would break in the same place which is highly unusual. They tried to blame the damage on the trucking firm and then said our installer did not know what he was doing. He is the same installer we use on all jobs, including the last job which was 6500 square feet of 48" tile purchased from them, without any issues. It was impossible to get a call back. The owner never did return our call or respond. Finally, they agreed to provide a credit for 4 broken tiles out of the entire order. The true test to any partnership is how problems are handled. I am very disappointed and have enjoyed the relationship over the years...not any more. I hope I can find a new Italgres distributor quickly as the product is beautiful.

Great selection of tiles, different styles, textures, colors, very innovative and competitive prices. We were going through many places all around El Doral and nobody had the service and quality. Ask for Robinson, he is a real salesman, he will guide you and help you find what you need. Already bought twice and will go for a third time to get tiles for the living room.
