Lazy manager Wouldn’t fix a tire as I’m at the front door When you’re at a tire place in front with a flat tire they should fix the flat tire it’s that simple Lazy manager wanted me to drive home on a flat tire and bring it back tomorrow on another flat tire Just pure laziness

Never have had a bad experience in the past but the last two times my dad and I have gone to take my 2015 trax in to this location the man my dad talked to about the problem with the car, I’m guessing the mechanic was very rude and acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. The second time getting it fixed and this time I paid $1800 dollars. Several days after my engine light came on like before I paid them it was on also. My dad called to complain and the same rude mechanic answered and he argued with my dad REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL go to another dealership guys.

I called and explained that I’m driving through town and my tire is flat. I was able to bring my car in right away and the tire ended up being amenable to repair with lower cost. I really appreciate that they didn’t push for a replacement which would have been more expensive. This is integrity and it’s so much appreciated

I always take my vehicles to this location. The front of the shop is kind, accommodating, and clear with the best route to take on repairing any issues my vehicle presents. I have never had any concern with the shop as they have always performed great work and have consistently done a little extra for me at each visit.
