Karim does very thorough work, on time and reasonably priced. Very tidy, came with blankets and vacuum, even cleaned some of my dirt the cleaning lady missed! I didn't have a lot for him to do, just to hang one small TV, yet he treated me with respect. I'll call him for all my home theater/smart home needs from now on. Would definitely recommend High Def. I wanted my TV and Bose speakers mounted on the wall and wires hidden. I called five different companies and their prices were so high and were asking me so many questions as if they didn't know what to do. When i called Karim with High Def, he definitely knew what he was talking about. He came to my house the next day. He was reliable, reasonable price and on time. He answered all my questions and was able to come back a week later when i wanted a wire changed at no cost. Very reliable and worth it.
