Had to go in for a cat bite. I was treated with kindness and respect, even for such a little thing. Of course the tetanus shot is always an ouch YET she was as gentle as could be. The doctor was warm and caring— and I still adore my kitty.

I was in there for 2 hours even though I was the only person in the lobby when I came in when they first opened. I’m not even going to get into details but basically they treat you like a covid nuisance the whole time (even though I wasn’t and am fully vaccinated) and then I had someone call me with test results and literally laughed out loud at me on the phone when discussing my course of treatment. This was my first visit to urgent care since covid started and I definitely see a difference in quality of care.

Receptionist was professional, and the wait time was minimal. From the time walked up to the in take counter to walking out with a diagnosis was maybe 45 minutes. Ms. Lilly was attentive and listened to my symptoms. She was very down to earth, caring and interested in making me feel better. Diagnosed with severe Bronchitis and Sinusitis. Its day 3 of meds and feeling 110% better. Thank you! I will definitely return, if needed in the future.

What an excellent experience. I checked in and was told it was a 3 and a half hour wait. Luckily I live behind them. I headed out the door 3 hours later and the nurse called me to ask questions to speed up the process. I was seen right away and they were amazing. I tested positive for covid right away. I only gave it 4 stars because I had to pay $140. Ugh! I am glad I did though so I can get back to work asap. Thank you Kaitlyn and staff the staff that worked that day. It was Saturday Jan 15th. You are appreciated for all you do. I went back on Sunday March 27th 2022. I was seen right away at around 4:30. They called me to get my information and all were so kind. The amazing Dr. was so sincere and concerned. She made sure I got my meds asap as Walgreens was about to close. Another lady came in and handed me physicians in the area as we are new here. The front desk lady was so kind as I am sure they all had a long day. I have had breathing problems due Covid and stress. The Dr then said if the meds don't help to go to ER. She treated me like her child even though we are the same age. Definitely come here for the best patient service.
