Ordered a birthday cake on Tuesday July 26th for a Friday July 29th pickup, got home cake looked absolutely beautiful, here lies the problem... There is no way that cake was baked the night before or the morning of.... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TASTING DRY, DRY, DRY!!!! Very stale tasting cake I've ever bought from any bakery in the United States!!!!! I would not recommend this place EVER, EVEN IF THEY WERE GIVING FREE CAKES AWAY!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy a box of cake mix from your local grocery store and make it yourself it's got to be more moist in the stale cake they sold me!!!!!

I’ve gone in multiple times and the staff is behind the counter, not taking care of other customers, and they don’t greet me. After waiting for a while (again, no other customers there), I order cookies and the staff member sounded legitimately annoyed that she had to do anything. When I asked for a box, she dropped the bag, sighed, and reached for a box. I don’t know if I’ve ever felt less welcome in a business.

You can order an 8" apple, cherry or blueberry pie that are sugar free. Order a day or two ahead of time
Ive been in the shop while phone is ringing & other employees could answer it but doesnt. The counter job is dealing with the public, they all seem to hate when customers walk in.
