This place is terrible come in sit for an unbelievable amount of time to watch people's come and go some whom got there after you staff is rude the I was given a call bell in case I needed anything look down at the call bell and there's blood on it I'm not bleeding I immediately pressed the button then washed my hands the charge nurse Connie I believe her name is ask me what did I need I told her that I was handed a bloody call bell she again asks me so what did you need as if that was nothing to be calling about. I'm immediately grossed out and concerned with the cleanliness of the room then I hear the nurse go out too the nurse station and they are out there talking about it's just blood... I'm not sure what world they live in where touching anonymous blood is ok but being treated like I'm wrong for my concern is very concerning at a hospital of all places. My encounters there are NEVER favorable.

45 day wait time to get copies of records, two and a half hours wait at pharmacy still have not had service. Miss diagnosis of fracture neck and back, over three months before I was able to GET MRI TO prove what I had told th in the ER the day I was brought in.out of work 6 months because of the missed diagnosis, Pmc at the time could not write a proper work chit. Had to leave jod because I could not get a reasonable accommodation from employer due to lack of help from medical staff.

I could not imagine a better birth experience. Everyone was so nice and took very good care of my baby & I. They listen to what you want to do and make sure everything is ok with you before they do it. From L&D Triage all the way to the Mother & baby unit everyone was very experienced and knowledgeable. Seeing every single staff member treat my child with so much care was amazing. Hopefully I get have my next child here. Dr. Tran is amazing at what she does! Couldnβt ask for better π

My wife took my five-year-old daughter to the ER to be seen for a high fever and because she fainted. The doctor on hand Dr. Mynster was initially rude when he asked my wife would they come in for and she told him what she thought to be correct he said OK I read her chart tell me something I donβt know. I understand that the ER is a busy place but a professional in his field they should not have been the current answer to a mother who is worried about her child. Fast forward some more they diagnosed my daughter with a virus thatβs going around in kids. I am not a professional nor did not try to be one but this diagnosis without any test does not make any sense for the passing out I understand a fever but not the fainting. They continue to discharge her and when I asked to speak with the doctor over the phone and ask he was short somewhat rude and windy questions and answering was done they discharge corpsman set the papers on the desk and walked out. Anyone who has kids understand or shoot understand that the well-being is top priority. And as a professional this is no way to help out a mother with a child. At least run the worst case scenario test to rule out anything the only test that was ran was a temperature and blood pressure test and the diagnosis was a virus. Being active duty military we have no other options but to come to naval clinic. This is unsatisfactory The upside of this is that she went to the next day and seen Dr Carr. he was extremely helpful and actually ran text and she was diagnosed with the flu and if some things didn't get better to come in with out an appointment and see him personally. I know providers don't do this always and as military with no other options or places to go for our kids this is a man showing care and love for what he does. I have read google reviews on the hospital and Dr Mynster name comes up a lot for his attitude and rudeness. This is quite unsatisfactory

I would suggest just walk right in and ask one of the technicians or pharmacists at the window. They can direct you on how to get your meds sent there or even mailed to your home. Also, there is a customer service/ registration office on the first floor, past the quarter deck. They can let you know if you need to be entered into thier system in some way. Whole trip should take less than 30 to 60 mins.
They do urine initially
Yes. First is the Fisher house on the hospital compound but only for inpatient families only. Near the Main MCX there is the Inn of the Marine Corps.
They will take Medicare as long as you have tricare for life or tricare as a primary or supplemental I insurance.
I dont believe so
While you touch tone phone in your refill need, you still have to go to the pharmacy and face to face with a tech. Have all your medication sent to your home for free through ExpressScript.
There are no visitation hours. You can visit 24/7. I am staff so you are good.
Wait time for what? ER? 1-2 hours. Pharmacy? An hour to 3 hours.
What times can you get regular prescriptions in hard copy from a doctor out in town filled?
All ages are treated.
Got it already
Yes
I get all my scripts off base,,so I know it used to be 7 days prior,,but not sure if that's the same still...
Anything over a hundred I would take them but I'm no doctor.
