Everytime I go there they never get my order right!! Guess it's my fault for not counting the chicken!! I bought a 12 piece meal and ended up with 7 piece?

Customer service is the slowest and rudest ever. I had an employee swing on me but claimed she was trying to grab the receipt from me because I complained about waiting in line. They will make everybody wait 15 minutes to fill an order and they wont tell the driver to move to the side and bring it to them. Worst part about me being attacked was the General Manager was in the store and banned me from coming back. I had to call the police.

We got 3 meals and all of them were wrong. The famous bowl was missing the cookie, my 2 year old daughters popcorn chicken was so hard the dog wouldn’t even eat it ,didn’t switch her side like I asked. And my tenders combo was missing a side and my Mac and cheese was cold. I understand the understaffing issue but come on now this was ridiculous. Will not come back.
