Staff is nice, but I wouldnt give any stars if I had the option. Spend at least 45 mins in line just trying to pay for a couple items.. we buy lots of chincking there for our log home, and are given boxes with a shelf life of 18 months, with only 5months left until it's expired. We spend thousands of dollars here, and went to pay a 42.00 bill, when it was the first time ever we used the account, and told we cant pay bill with a checking (debit card).. reasoning: corporate says it is because they can't charge a SUR-CHARGE, and we dont make money.. Way to stick it to customers! I guess we will spend our money at home depo! Unbelievable!
