Simon is absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I are new homeowners with our dream house, and Simon made it possible. We were very particular with our requirements for a house, and it took us nearly a year to find the perfect property. Simon was extremely patient during the entire process, and guided us through each step with a caring hand. He was supportive from the very beginning of our search to the closing of our home, and he never made us feel rushed. Simon genuinely wanted us to find the perfect property and it showed in his actions. He gave us his honest opinion when we walked through homes, responded within hours of any of our inquiries, drove many miles to accommodate us, and made the closing process a complete breeze. If you are looking for the perfect realtor, look no further. Simon won't disappoint. He is truly a class act- 5 stars across the board.

From the get go Simon was phenomenal to work with. He made sure I knew what needed to be done to the house pre-sale, and what could be done to improve the appeal of the home. He was extremely patient with me during the preparation and selling process. He is forthright about potential courses of action but is keen to make sure we end up with the results which I am looking for. While I was on the opposite coast of the US he was fantastic at taking care of everything on the ground. I could not be more pleased with his services. I highly recommend Simon to anyone looking to sell a house. My next house in CA will be bought with the help of his services. Thanks Simon!

Simon was my real estate agent for a purchase transaction and the service he provided were above my expectations. Simon insisted I had to really love the property before making an offer. Thanks to his persistence, I found a place I absolutely loved and purchased. Simon is knowledgeable, patient and an extremely good negotiator. He knows the Bay Area market well and was able to guide me through the search, negotiation and financing process. I will do business with Simon and I highly recommend his services.

All realtors are the same? Lots of fake fancy talk and selfishness? err wrong, not this realtor. Simon is a no nonsense straight shooter that works hard and gets you results. Simon helped my wife and I navigate a extremely tough buyers market which included numerous showings and offers. Once the perfect house came along, Simon was able to help us win an offer on a house in San Ramon beating out 13 other offers. We were so appreciative that we chose the right realtor and felt like it was all meant to be. We aren't vets but Simon also does a great job taking care of vets with VA loans which speaks well of his character. Give Simon a call you'll be glad you did.
