Manager John Garcia has been doing an excellent job, combining outstanding customer service, an impressive command of the demanding job requirements, and a sincere friendly, professional attitude towards the customers. Other long time tenants like me voice the same top tier performance review. What I would like to add is my personal experience with my account, and how John has specifically assisted me. I have, over the years, added access family members, changed my due date, and clarified language in my older contract regarding computing due dates. These "one shot deals" could have been time consuming or somewhat complicated, but John handled everything efficiently and quickly, further impressing me, and motivating me to take the time to give him the pat on the back he has earned and richly deserves.

With Security Public Storage, I feel that my property is very safe and secured because of their tight monitoring system - cameras everywhere, alarms, including individual ones per storage unit, and pass-code protected gate & door entry/exit access. The manager, John Garcia, is extremely observant of any suspicious events, and promptly acts accordingly to prevent issues. He is also impressively reliable, thorough, detailed, focused, professional, helpful, willing to extend his work hours to accommodate customers' needs, provides clear guidance and reminders, and pleasant to work with. He will immediately make you feel comfortable that your property will be safe and secured with Security Public Storage. I am also very satisfied with their pricing, particularly because of the quality of the facility, security, and excellent service. They also offer discounts to lower monthly fees. The facility is very well-lit and clean. So in summary, I highly recommend this storage facility, as I am extremely satisfied with safety, security, service, cleanliness, and price.

Security Public Storage is great! This is my first experience with a storage unit place and I was very impressed when I arrived to drop all my stuff off. It was easy to make the arrangement over the phone reserving the unit, even on short notice! I appreciate the level of security offered here, how they make sure to walk you through the process of signing into the gate and how to go about leaving. The premises was clean and organized, if you don't have a lock (which I didn't) they have them at the front desk to buy - very convenient! Units are clean and they provide nice size carts to trek your belongings up and down the elevators. Overall, very please :) Thanks for your great service!
