Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

A1 German takes good care of me. I have been going for a few years now and l am very comfortable with them and trust that they will give their customers the best fair price. They show you pictures of the parts on your car that is having problems, and will save your parts to show you that are from your car. The front desk personnel are so polite. They are very busy as a auto shop should be. We don’t see what is going on in the back so we don’t know how many cars they are working on but they do their best endeavor to get your car back to you as quick as they can. As patrons we have to be patient especially during the Covid because parts are even more difficult to acquire and may delay your car being finished.

Do not take your car here. I swear to God you will regret it. This place has to be some sort of money laundering operation because the people working will purposely toy with you, tell you they are doing work that they aren't. They get joy out of seeing how long they can keep your car all whilst telling you the entire time that the car will be done in 2 hours. The owner Farzad Berenji seems to be some sort of scam artist. I hope Federal agencies look into him.

A-German really goes the extra mile to find the part you need and provide excellent service and mechanic work. They are sometimes a bit costly, but it is well worth it in the long run. It will be done correctly which is what I am looking for in a mechanic/auto shop. Staff is personable and accessible. Place is a bit tight to navigate in and out of, but nothing too crazy.
