A state wide burn ban for all land clearing burning was put into effect June 17th. This does not include "recreational campfires". Recreational fires must be in metal, stone, or masonry lined fire pits. Size not to exceed 3 feet in diameter and 2 feet high. Permit not required for recreational campfires.
