DO NOT GO HERE! I went to make a reservation for the weekend after my mother’s funeral. It was incorrectly priced out for me upon making the reservation, and when I called to get the total owed, I asked to speak to the manager about the discrepancy because it was over $100 more than the price given. Matt got on the phone and wouldn’t even let me get a word in edgewise and shut me down repeatedly on the phone and told me he was cancelling my reservation and never to come there. Extremely rude and unprofessional and heartless given my circumstances. I will never recommend this place to another person. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a customer service setting in my life. Roseland Resort RUINED a trip that was planned so that I could get out of town to grieve my mother’s death. Absolutely shameful.

This campground is amazing!!! The view from the top of the mountains are amazaballs!!!! We had the pleasure of meeting all 3 owners who do an amazing job of making everyone feel welcome. They also put a lot of money into the amazing facilities and it shows!!! Will come back for sure in the summer season!

One of the best times we've had!!! After arriving, we were met by the friendly staff at the office. We had a minor hiccup during check-in that left us wondering if they were going to have a spot for us, as this was the weekend and they were booked up. But the owner, Matt took care of our situation personally and went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be taken care of and have the best experience possible.... AND WE DID!!!! Plenty of fun in the sun as well as at night. The pool bar was very nice and provided a great atmosphere to have a few drinks and enjoy some conversation with some buddies. All the amenities they provide make it easy to relax and enjoy your stay. Very very clean facilities. We had such a good time we already booked 2 more stays for 2021 and we can't wait. Big shout out to Matt and his staff for making us feel so welcomed. We look forward to seeing you all very soon. We had a blast!!! Warmest regards, Josh and Greg

It was our first time at Roseland and after a great weekend it won't be our last. The facilities are great (although we picked an unfortunately cold and somewhat rainy weekend so didn't get to use all of it) and very clean. Everyone was super nice and helpful. There's plenty to do and the food available was way better than I expected from a campground! The hilly grounds are beautiful to look at and relax with friends. Special thanks to Matthew and the rest of the crew for being incredibly accommodating and helpful, especially when the rain came. Can't wait to go again!

I found there was a pretty good mix of both single people and couples. I didn't have any problems meeting people as a single guy.

You must arrive by 9pm, but the office / general store closes at 11pm. Hours: Friday Saturday Sunday 9am-11pm Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 11am-11pm

The resort is open year round. winters are slow. New years are fun. Many seasonals come during the winter.

They limit driving around the property. There are no good carts allowed.
There are several rooms with private baths. There is a bunkhouse with a dedicated bathroom, and there are cabins as well as outdoor tent spaces.
There are saunas and showers available for daytime visitars. Call the desk at the resort for inquiries about the barn.
