I used these guys in 2019 when Michael was working there and he did a great job. But now, Bernard the owner, can't keep up. I gave him a hard drive there for recovery. I knew something was a miss when it took a week for Bernard to initially call me back to see if he wanted it. After week 3, I finally got a hold of him to get a status update. He said the program was 30% completed. Then silence. During the time I dropped it off until the end I would call and text him with no response. In the end, I twice stopped by the Prince Frederick location wanting a face to face. The hours say he was open but in fact no one was there. I left a message and told him to just give me the hard drive back. A week later, it showed up in my mailbox. No note, apology or that he was dropping it off. Data recovery can take sometime depending on the damage and the amount of data. But, determining if you or able to do it once it is on a recovery program can be determined in a few days. Bernard was extremely helpful with an upgrade to Windows 10 and elimination of a virus. Future work includes additional hard drive capacity. Great to support small business of Calvert County. Bernard is congenial but definitely knows computers. Talked a "language" even this non-techie" could understand.

Guys in the store were nice and that’s about the only good thing I can say. Terrible service, took them 3 months to repair my computer and slapped me with a 800$ fee for labor. Absolutely do not recommend.
