Star Furniture has a lot of decently-made furniture and relevant traditional designs. Shirin provided me and my partner exceptional customer service! The store is pretty expansive and has a second floor.

Mrs. Nettie was amazing! So professional, poised and informative!!! I got everything I needed in the one place, which took a load off of me lol! Thank you so much Mrs. Nettie and team for your hard work and dedication towards helping people get the furniture they want and need! God bless you all! I loved Mrs. Netty in the furniture store and for the delivery Julio and his partner were amazing! They said the delivery would come anytime between 10:00AM-1:00PM. Julio called me about 10 minutes before arriving. They got here at 10:36AM, and no lie… they were out by 11:00AM!!! They were so careful not to scratch my furniture, floors or walls (everything is white). They picked up after themselves and were so sweet and polite! I love the Star Furniture Staff. 10/10 recommend for sure!!!!!! This should’ve been the first store I went to!!!

I really like shopping at Star Furniture. Although prices are MUCH MUCH higher now with everything going on in the world, I hope they come down sooner rather than later. Mostly all of my furniture came from Star Furniture because of the quality. Lastly, my salesperson, Nettie Cooper, is a pleasure to work with. She has a great personality and keeps me laughing.

Long time customers of Star Furniture but I have to say I'm very disappointed with the protection plan they offer (Montage). I paid for their 10yrs protection plan which cost me $179.99 for my sectional couch. I bought a $1,200 sectional back in 2019 and just 2 months after purchasing, the material had big snags on several of the seat cushions. I opened up a claim with the Montage to have they sectional seat cushions fixed. It was just a matter of the seat cushion covers replaced. Montage denied my claim I was back and forth with them and Star customer service for weeks. Star finally stepped up and help fix the problem and had the seat cushion covers replaced. Last year in March I opened up a claim with the Montage with the same issue. After 8 months and 5 emails of waiting for someone to reach me to me about my claim, they denied it again. I called Star Customer Service twice to see what they could do to help fix or replace the seat cushions, customer service said they couldn't do anything. We are long time customers and have bought several furniture items from Star Furniture over the years so I think that's why is most disappointing. What's the point paying $180 for a protection plan that is useless to have if you can't get your furniture cared for.

It depends on what it is.
I'm not sure if they buy used furniture. I've never inquired about used furniture. But I would rate them a 4.5 star. They have a Great selection of all household furnishings
