Horrible Bank! The one located on 6500 Roockin St. After they switch bank from "Promise Credit Union" to "Houston Metropolitan Federan Credit Union" have been the worst! They do NOT have a 24/7 customer service, they do NOT open saturdays & sundays. During mon-fri they even close at 4:30!! For everything you have to go personal because they never answer theirs phone, they have no atms, no electronic check deposits. The online app is a joke, you have no access to anything. Customer Service is unprofessional. If your card is declined everytime you swipe your card best believe they will charged you extra as many times it wants to go though. I'm so glad I made the decision to move from bank, don't waist your time this bank is a joke!
