Terrible customer service. The lady handles the register has very bad attitude. Looks tired already. 9:02am sept 1 looks like they need more staff

I will usually go past this location to another one that I find better, like Castro Valley. This location is always hit and miss for me. They were notorious for messing up an order or giving out soda that the syrup had gone out. Check your order and sip your drink prior to leaving to double check. I've had to drive back here several times to have them fix an order or give me a new drink. I will say this, I hadn't been here in a couple of years, just went a week ago and they were much better. Food was hot, looked more like it should, not a mess thrown in a wrapper like it used to be. Unfortunately I forgot to take my own advice and sip my drink. Coke was out, had to drive back from home to have it fixed.

Friendly staff , clean restaurant, food is on point I’ve been here on multiple occasions and this Macdonald has not disappointed .Family friendly, thank you guys!!! I’m loving it !!!!!

Sometimes ordering cam be.quick if person on other end listens...most of time food is warm-not hot. Use this as.back up of the back up.
