There are a few different hacks you can get here if you're vegan or vegetarian, though all main options that show on the menu include meat. I like how I can make special requests. However, sometimes the person taking my order doesn't understand and I have to explain my order multiple times, which can be a little annoying. You can definitely make it work here as a vegan or vegetarian, though it's not so easy. It can be fairly healthy and cheap. If they would just add vegetarian options to their menu that would be a huge step forward. Heck, even one or two options would be a plus. Be more like Taco Bell in that regard. If they made those improvements, I would become a more regular customer for sure.

I don't understand why this location always takes forever on each person's order. Everytime I go to this Jack there line is super long and it takes forever for each car to get their order. If a order is taking longer then others placed then they should do what other fast food restaurants do and ask them to pull up and park and someone will bring their order out to them instead of making everyone else wait. Really though they need to either employ more staff or start looking for a staff that can hustle faster, it's called FastFood after all!
