Talk about the hands down best experience in a fabric store and with samples! I am so glad I discovered this place a week ago. The prices don't compare. At one shop in Charlottesville I was quoted 76.90 per yard and at this store, exact same fabric was 23.00 per yard. What on earth?! I have found my new go to fabric store and I'm so thankful, as is my budget, and my husband. Secondly, I have never had a fabric swatch bigger than 6inches square. Now I am able to checkout 2.5 yard pieces and take them home to see in the space! What a HUGE difference. So in love with my great, new find!

People are nice, experienced. Lots of nice fabrics. I have only bought one time, but like checking out fabrics. BUT I have overheard the man talk politics with customers. He needs to stop it or he will lose business. I go to the store to escape politics. SO PLEASE STOP.

No, we are not the same Fabrics Unlimited that was in Arlington. We have been in business for 50 years in Charlottesville and specialize in interior fabrics.
