Steven picked me up in Crozet to drive me to Leesburg where my husband had had a medical procedure. Five minutes before we were scheduled to leave, the hospital called to say the surgery was delayed. Steven willingly agreed to pick me up at a later time. When we arrived at the hospital, I was told that my husband wasn't ready to be discharged. Steven waited. At last, my husband was discharged, and we headed back to Crozet. Steven is a reliable and compassionate drive and individual. He made a stressful trip easier. We are very grateful, and recommend his services.

This is a response to the untruthful response from the owner of this business. …Hey Michael, It is unfortunate that you decided not to make the required deposit to confirm your reservation and then expect to receive service. Our dispatcher explained that to you. We do NOT show up when you do not pay, especially when you are an hour away from where we are based. There was nothing to apologize for when you are at fault. Your negative review is in bad faith.
