Rio Vista recovered my 2002 Z3 BMW after 30 days of disappearance. I cannot praise this police department for all their help in the transition from the towing to the Release of the Vehicle produced for the Arrowhead Tow to release the car to Geico. I have to mention Jennifer who exhibited so much empathy and kindness at this very stressful experience. It really helped to calm me down and know that there was someone out there that cared! Thanks so much!

I seriously hope that officer who slammed the woman is fired! That was purely unprofessional and unsafe. He clearly does not know how to handle a badge and it’s nothing short of a miracle that the situation did not escalate to gunfire.

I sure hope you saw the officers body cam. Then you would realize the officer did his job correctly. None of this had to occur if the original parties simply exited the vehicle and let the officers perform their duties.
