Linnette is absolutely amazing. We put our house on market with other agents expecting it would go quickly. And then it didn’t and we were devastated. With our confidence shaken by our prior experience with another realtor, Linnette jumped in immediately to help fix all the things and get us back to market in less than 2 weeks!! She’s thoughtful, does her homework, and pushes hard for her clients. We are so grateful for Linnette and the Abio team, she will definitely be our buyers agent when we are ready to dive back in on buying a new home.

Linnette made fast work of finding us our perfect home! She helped us confidently navigate the East Bay market, listened to what we truly valued from a home, and found our dream home in our very first weekend out! While that was mostly just good luck, it was her experienced guidance that ensured we won the bid. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

My husband and I would like to congratulate Linnette and her team for the incredible accomplishment of selling our home. Although every real estate transaction is unique, the complexities of this sale seemed almost insurmountable. Yet, they were able to miraculously achieve the best possible outcome for us. Linnette’s astute understanding of the market provided us with just the right buyer and circumstances which allowed us to complete the details of an out of state move on schedule. We appreciate her professionalism, organization and most of all her grace in dealing with a challenging process. We give her our highest recommendation and wish her and her team all our best!

Linnette is amazing! She sold my single family home off-market in less than one week, completely trouble free and for a price higher than I would ever have dreamed of. Thanks to her expertise, wide client base and knowledge of the market I was able to sell my house without doing any staging or upgrades. She offered my home to buyers interested in other properties who didn't win their bids. I got a winning offer from buyers on the same day I moved out of my home to my new apartment. She has a solid reputation for great taste and efficiency at staging homes and prepping them for sale, although I didn't have to do any of that as my house sold as is. My experience with her was exceptional and I highly recommend her. Thank you Linnette!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.
