I purchased a unit from Don at the Lakewood GPS that was used for 2 weeks before it broke. When i reported this problem to him they would not replace the unit instead they ordered a part for the unit. I have been waiting on this part for over 2 months now. I cant seem to get any answers or any information. The customer service is horrible. If i could give them 0 stars I would! - Tom Cottrell
