I bought a dress from this store and the dressing room was not open. Do I went home and tried on the dress but it didn’t fit. I asked for a refund but the sale was final. Horrible because it was there fault that the dressing room was unavailable and wasn’t open to the customers. So make sure when you shop there it’s your size because if not you’ll waste money!

Chad, was a very helpful and professional individual. He helped deliver great service even though I entered the last 10mins of closing. The selection and items are amazing and you can get some designer stuff at a lower price. That said, for resell they are pretty overpriced. I’ve seen the same items for less brand new at outlets or Nordstrom Rack even. Also, they have a huge amount of amazing items “on display” that they absolutely refuse to sell, stating it’s decoration, a total tease. The store manager is not customer oriented and just comes across as stubborn, pushing donations hard when you’re already paying over price, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Note, there is no social distancing happening in this store.

There's a senior day on Tuesdays for ages 55+. You don't have to wear a mask if vaccinated but it's still recommended. Prices on average are decent, service is awesome! Very attentive staff! My friend and I had a great 1st time experience. Open daily 10am to 8 pm, closes 1 hour earlier on Sundays. They do not accept donations at that location, but posts where they are accepted.
